Urban Dive Marketing was commissioned by a UK-based client to architect and develop a comprehensive digital platform for More Than The Score (MTTS). This project required a high-performance, custom-built solution designed to bridge the gap between individual athletic performance and team synergy. Over a rigorous four-month development cycle, our team transformed a complex vision into a seamless, live digital ecosystem.
The client required more than just a website; they needed a data-driven environment capable of tracking player growth, managing recruitment tools, and providing real-time “Synergy” analytics. The primary challenge was to organize a massive amount of functional data into a user interface that remained intuitive for coaches, players, and recruiters alike.
Deep Discovery & Sequencing: We began with a deep-dive analysis of the client’s specific requirements. Every feature was meticulously sequenced to ensure that the user journey—from awareness to accountability—followed a logical, professional format.
Custom Web Development: Moving beyond off-the-shelf templates, we engineered a custom architecture to support high-traffic recruitment dashboards and proprietary ranking databases (I2WE).
Visual Precision: Our design team focused on a high-contrast, professional aesthetic that reflects the intensity of elite athletics while maintaining the clean alignment and typographic hierarchy essential for a premium SaaS platform.
